Rihanna is renowned for her penchant for stunning jewellery, with memorable moments like her Super Bowl performance ensuring that we never forget her dazzling adornments.
On Wednesday evening, the musician attended the launch of her new Fenty x PUMA trainer at London’s Tobacco Dock – during which she dazzled in an oversized cream wool blazer with grey pleated trousers, a complimenting shirt and a pair of trainers from her new collection.
Though as always, it was her chunky jewellery that caught the eyes of the Steven Stone team – and we were enamored by her two striking rings.
After a close look, we’ve revealed everything there is to know about them, including why they brim with sentimental value for the celebrated singer.
Mom Ring
Estimated Value: £12,000 ($15,000)
On Rihanna’s left hand, she was flaunting a yellow gold nameplate-style ring that displays the word “Mom” in cursive font, underlined by a wavy row of small diamonds.
A custom piece from Beverly Hills jeweller XIV Karats – who Rihanna has repped on numerous occasions in the past – the ring gives a sweet nod to hers and A$AP Rocky’s sons.
Our experts estimate the ring to be worth £12,000 ($15,000).
Grim Ring
Estimated Value: £25,000 ($30,000)
On Rihanna’s right hand, she was donning a platinum ring. Nameplate-style, similar to her “Mom” ring, it displays the word “Grim” and is decorated with round cut diamonds.
In an interview, Rihanna revealed that the chunky piece belongs to A$AP Rocky – a poignant tribute, ensuring that he remained with her, even in his absence.
Our experts estimate the ring to be worth £25,000 ($30,000).
