According to The Sun, who first broke the news, filmmaker Taika Waititi and singer Rita Ora have said “I do” in an intimate ceremony in London.
The showbiz couple had been dating for a year and a half after growing close while Rita was in Australia working as a coach on TV singing show ‘The Voice’, with rumours of them getting engaged having circulated in recent months.

Rita sparked rumours when she shared a photo drop from a recent getaway in Paris to her Instagram, in which she can be seen flashing a gold wedding band on her ring finger.
Taika has also been seen sporting gold jewellery on his ring finger on an Instagram snap shared by Rita’s sister, Elena. Rita uploaded the same shot to her Instagram, but the singer tellingly covered Taika’s hand with her caption.
