Now on its third and final season, ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ series on Amazon Prime has built up quite the fanbase.
Based on Jenny Han’s novel trilogy of the same name, the story follows Isabel “Belly” Conklin, a teenage girl who spends every summer at Cousins Beach with her mother, her older brother, and the Fisher family – particularly the two Fisher brothers, Conrad and Jeremiah.
As Belly grows up and comes into her own, she finds herself in the middle of a complicated love triangle with the brothers, and the latest episode sees her flaunting an engagement ring from one of the Fisher boys – and it has everybody talking.
