.April has already shared a glimpse of the dazzling diamond on Instagram, and experts at Steven Stone were quick to weigh in with their thoughts.
“For April’s second engagement ring, Robin chose a sophisticated and timeless design: a yellow gold band set with a dazzling 3-carat cushion-cut diamond. The cushion cut, with its rounded corners and classic appeal, is a favourite for vintage-inspired rings and is often seen as a symbol of enduring love and lasting commitment – an especially meaningful choice for a second proposal.
The diamond is secured in a bezel setting, where the stone is completely encased in a smooth metal rim. This not only enhances the ring’s modern elegance but also offers excellent protection for the diamond, making it both stylish and practical for everyday wear.
Taking into account the diamond’s size, cut, and setting, I would estimate the ring’s value to be in the region of £50,000.”
