In the photos, the celebrity couple can be seen wearing matching Tiffany Forever bands. Though the celebratory jewels don’t end there and Justin has reportedly gifted his wife a new engagement ring that shines bright in Hailey’s recent Instagram posts.
Engagement ring experts at UK retailer Steven Stone have revealed everything there is to know about the sparkler, which is Hailey’s third from the Canadian singer.
Hailey’s new sparkler boasts a 12 carat oval cut diamond. To put its size into perspective, the average engagement ring is 1 carat – meaning that Justin has certainly splashed out.
Bursting with fire and brilliance, oval cuts are a popular shape, particularly when it comes to celebrity engagements. 34% of celebrities who got engaged last year chose oval cut engagement rings – including Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Mathers, who received a 2 carat oval cut diamond engagement ring from Evan McClintock.
Not only does Hailey’s new ring feature the same diamond cut as her original, but it’s in the same setting and the band’s made from the same metal – solitaire and yellow gold.
“When Hailey and Justin got engaged in 2018, we were blown away by her oval shaped diamond ring. With an estimated carat weight of 6-10, I valued it at approximately $500,000.
In 2022, Hailey joined a wealth of celebrities who have upgraded their engagement ring. Opting more a modest style, the ring features a 2 carat cushion cut diamond in a solitaire setting. I estimated the ring to be worth $15,000, which is a staggering $485,000 less than her original ring.
Good things come in threes and Hailey is now flaunting a third ring, which she reportedly received from Justin to celebrate their recent vow renewal. The sparkler boasts a huge 12 carat oval cut diamond in a solitaire setting, sat on what looks like a yellow gold band. Her most impressive yet, I’d estimate it to be worth a staggering $1.5 million.”
