Hailey Bieber sparkled in photos shared on social media yesterday that saw the model covered in diamonds from Tiffany & Co.
The 26-year-old posted a photo of herself on Instagram modeling three diamond necklaces and two sets of earrings, whilst wearing a tight Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello black dress with a high neck and long sleeves.
The photos were from Hailey’s appearance on Thursday at the Tiffany & Co. Miami Holiday Residence party that kicked off Art Basel in Miami.
Diamond specialists at Steven Stone have taken a look at the diamonds and revealed how much they’re worth. Spoiler alert – it’s A LOT.
Diamond Vine Necklace in Platinum
Value: $124,000
Retailing at $124,000, Hailey’s Diamond Vine Necklace in Platinum features a vine motif brought to life with scintillating mixed-cut diamonds.
Mixed cut diamonds are diamonds that incorporate fasting styles from both brilliant cuts and step cuts.
Alternating Graduated Necklace
Value: $87,000
Hailey’s Alternating Graduated necklace possesses an endless brilliance. Featuring marquise and round brilliant diamonds, the piece retails at $87,000
Marquise diamonds are reknowned for looking larger than other cuts because of their elongated shape. The stretched surface area makes the diamond appear bigger than shapes that are more condensed.
Representing over two thirds of all diamonds sold, round brilliant diamonds are the most expensive diamond shape and the only one that the GIA grades for cut.
According to our 2022 Celebrity Engagement Trend Report, 20% of celebrities chose round cut diamonds for their engagement ring this year – including Margaret Quallay, who received a $100,000 round cut diamond ring from producer, Jack Antonoff.
Graduated Line Necklace
Value: $66,000
The third of Hailey’s necklaces is her Graduated Line necklace – retailing at $66,000, it’s a classic line necklace that drapes in perfect proportion
Mixed Cluster Earrings
Value: $22,000
The priciest of Hailey’s earrings are the mixed cluster earrings – retailing at $22,000, they feature marquise and pear shaped diamonds. The stones alternate in perfect proportion to beautifully frame the face.
Pear shaped diamonds are often called a teardrop or pendeloque diamond – due to their shape, which combines the head of an oval shaped diamond and the tip of a marquise shaped diamond giving off stunning fire and brilliance.
Solitaire Diamond Stud Earrings
Value: $1,950
Hailey’s second set of earrings are Solitaire Diamond Stud Earrings. Solitaire refers to any piece of jewellery set with one gemstone – making the earrings a simple choice that oozes with elegance and sophistication.
47 % of celebrities received engagement rings on a solitaire setting this year – including Maya Jama, who stunned us with her 10 carat emerald cut diamond ring that’s worth a staggering $612,000.
The largest carat weight in Tiffany & Co’s current online collection is .31 and retails at $1,950. Taking a closer look, our experts noted that Hailey’s diamond looks to be slightly larger, which would of course increase the value.
