Adele officially announced her engagement to Rich Paul this summer.
Known for her big personality, the singer made the announcement in classic Adele style. During a show in Munich, she responded to a fan’s marriage proposal by saying, “I can’t marry you because I’m already getting married”, while holding up her engagement ring for all to see.
During her Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace over the weekend, the singer proudly showed off her sparkler once again as she sang “in these crazy times I hope to find / something I can cling on to” during her 2021 track, ‘I Drink Wine’.
With confirmation from the superstar herself that the huge rock is her engagement ring, diamond experts at UK retailer Steven Stone couldn’t wait to reveal all of the juicy details.
Rumours of Adele’s engagement had been swirling ever since she wore a flashy ring on THAT finger at the BRIT Awards back in 2022 – eerily similar to the one she sported at the 2022 BRIT Awards, which left us wondering if it was the same piece.
Over the weekend, Adele proudly displayed her ring during a romantic lyric at her show, putting all speculation to rest. The stunning piece features a dazzling 12-carat pear-cut diamond, beautifully set on a pavé diamond band that adds an extra layer of brilliance.
Our experts estimate the dazzling ring to be worth an astounding $1.5 million (£1.1 million).
