Now, at just 18 years old, Luke has joined an exclusive club after receiving a custom 24 carat gold iPhone. He shared a photo on Instagram, showcasing the luxury device in a padlocked case, sending fans and followers into a frenzy.
The phone was crafted by IDG, a company known for creating and gifting these exclusive gold iPhones to some of the biggest names in sports. So, what makes this piece so special? Fine jewellery experts at UK retailer Steven Stone have taken a closer look at this stunning gold creation.

While a 24-carat gold iPhone 15 Pro Max retails between £3,250 and £3,750 on the IDG website, Luke’s is an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Likely to be priced closer to £5,000, the special edition is inscribed with his nickname, “Luke the Nuke,” adding a personal touch to the already stunning piece of technology.
24-carat gold is the purest form of gold available, containing 99.9% gold with no significant alloy content. Its rich, deep yellow hue makes it highly desirable for jewellery and luxury items.”
