‘The Watcher’ actress has been in a relationship with Billy Crudup for six years, but the couple have recently left fans speculating that they’re engaged after Naomi was spotted wearing a ring on her left hand.
Just a day after Naomi was been spotted walking her dog on the streets of New York City – wearing a diamond ring – she fuelled speculation during an appearance on the ‘Today’ show, where the hosts attempted to lure her into confirming her engagement.
Engagement ring specialists at Steven Stone have taken a close look at the sparkler and revealed all of the juicy details.
Whether it’s an engagement ring or not, there’s no doubt about it that Naomi Watts is showcasing a gorgeous ring on her left hand.
The sparkler features a 2.5ct marquise cut diamond – a distinctive shape that was first created in the 18th century for King Louis XV, when he commissioned a diamond design to represent the shape of his mistress’s lips. Believed to symbolise a union of two souls, marquise cut diamonds are a particularly romantic choice for engagement rings.
