LeBron James may not be adding a championship ring to his collection this season, but he’s added a diamond encrusted pendant that’s sure to make up for it.
Featuring a lion’s head wearing a crown, the substantial piece was gifted to the basketball player by the LA Lakers and the NBA to commemorate his establishment as the NBA’s top scorer.
Lebron’s numbers are displayed on the front of the pendant, whilst his teams and engravings on the back tell the story of his 20 year NBA journey.

Created by high-end jeweller Eliantte, the gold pendant is studded with over 100 round brilliant cut diamonds – a cut that utilizes numerous facets to reflect white light particularly well.
The substantial pendant features a lion’s head wearing a crown, surrounded by his numbers (23 and 6) and his ‘NBA’s leading scorer’ title. The crown isn’t just any crown, it’s LeBron’s Nike crown logo that is seen on each pair of his signature shoes.
Adding some colour to the piece, the crown appears to be outlined by round brilliant cut amethyst stones. One of the most popular gemstones, its rich and vibrant purple colour is likely to be a tribute to LeBron’s current team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
The back of the pendant includes details of LeBron’s teams (Cavaliers, Heat, Lakers) and features an engraving that tells the story of his journey with the NBA.
The pendant is sat on an incredibly thick gold chain, which is a particularly symbolic choice as thick gold chains are associated with permanent bonds and connections made in various relationships, such as those made by LeBron during his 20 year career.
