Back in June, Olly Murs revealed that he was engaged to his bodybuilder girlfriend Amelia Tank, following a romantic proposal during a trip to the beach.
Announcing the news on his Instagram with a photo of himself and Amelia hugging – engagement ring on display – he confirmed in the caption that he popped the question, writing: “04.06.2022 Amelia Tank”, alongside a ring and heart emoji.

Having become a celebrity favourite in recent years, Amelia’s in good company – with Nicola Peltz, Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez all known to sport the iconic shape. Most recently, Lucia Loi received a showstopping emerald cut diamond ring from fiancé, Marcus Rashford.
With a centre stone that looks to be 3 carats, I’d estimate Amelia’s dazzling ring to be worth £80,000 ($100,000).”
9. The incredible story behind the choker Princess Diana wore with her Revenge Dress
Season 5 of period drama, ‘The Crown’, was released in November and although many historic moments are featured in the latest series of the show, it was seeing Princess Diana’s ‘revenge-dress’ that fans had been looking forward to.
However, while the ‘revenge dress’ was no doubt a huge statement from Princess Diana at the time, jewellery experts at Steven Stone couldn’t help investigating the story behind the incredible necklace she wore with it.
Our experts commented: “Princess Diana was a clear fan of sapphires and just like her engagement ring, she only wore the most beautiful deep, blue stones. Looking at the image of the huge stone, it could be anywhere from 50 to 70 carats in weight, maybe even heavier.
” With that in mind it could be worth anywhere from £50,000,000 to £100,000,000. This is probably one of the most expensive jewels from the entire Royal collection.”
8. Carrie Hope Fletcher is engaged – and her ring perfectly encapsulates her fairytale romance
Actress, singer, author and internet personality, Carrie Hope Fletcher – most famous for her role of Éponine in Les Misérables on London’s West End and even stronger role as Tom Fletcher’s sister – confirmed her relationship with fellow actor, Joel in May of this year and the pair have had quite the fairytale romance.
Carrie took to Instagram to share the news of the couple’s engagement in October, posting a photo of herself and her new fiance in an empty theatre – and the spotlight was well and truly on her striking ring.
Taking a close look at the emerald ring on Carrie’s finger, our experts commented: “Carrie’s ring features a 1.5 carat oval green emerald, which is incredibly fitting for her fairytale romance with Joel as emeralds represent eternal love. It also features round diamonds set on the shoulder – the ideal cut aspects of a round diamond provide more brilliance than any other shape, making them particularly eye-catching.
The ring has an 8 claw setting, securing the emerald – claw settings let the most possible light into the stone, so you get maximum sparkle. Carrie’s ring may be modest, but it certainly sparkles.
With all of this in mind, I’d estimate Carrie’s ring to be worth approximately £10-15,000.”

Comprised of the sacred objects used during the coronation ceremony, we can expect to see the Coronation Regalia in the near future, during King Charle’s III’s coronation ceremony.
Each piece is extraordinary – from the Sovereign’s Scepter with Cross, which contains the £400 million Cullinan I diamond, to the Sovereign’s Ring, which features an octagonal sapphire, overlaid with four rectangular-cut and one square-cut ruby that form a cross.
Laced with history, it’s incredibly difficult to value the Coronation Regalia. I’d estimate it to be worth a staggering £3.5 billion.”

Zack commented: “Marc Anthony gave J-Lo the most expensive ring overall, worth a staggering £3,000,000 today, however Mr Ben Affleck didn’t disappoint us either, as the rare pink diamond he gifted to Jen is soaring in value right now – worth more than double it was at the time he proposed.”

Whilst it’s difficult to put a price on them, as they come with so much history and legacy, after analysing 25 of her most iconic brooches, I’d estimate them to be collectively worth over £90,000,000.”
“The biggest and most expensive of all Queen Elizabeth’s brooches is the Cullinan III and IV brooch. This is because it features two large stones cut from the Cullinan diamond – the world’s largest diamond ever found. This one brooch alone is worth £50,000,000.”
